Policy
Quality
All management of the PCS Group are fully committed to continually improving the quality of products and services to ensure customer satisfaction and to exceed their expectations. The ultimate responsibility for defining the quality policy of the company lies with the Managing Director and Senior Management Team. Each individual manager must ensure the policies, procedures and systems outlined in the Quality Manual are understood, and correctly implemented. However, the full responsibility to provide quality services and products lies with company personnel at all levels.
Services
Quality services available include Facility Management, Security Personnel, Electronic Security System, Inventory and Audit, Janitorial, Gardening, Pest Management and Cannon Hygiene washroom services. All Services can be provided under One Complete Solution.
